Tomato, tomato ,tomato...
I spent the other day doing tomatoes, yes they are canned and I did them. I am also doing pickles, a jar at a time with the cucumbers from our garden. The good thing about this reciepe is that it is can be done one jar at a time.
I am excited about all the things I will be doing with fruit and veg this summer. It makes me feel good to know I will be doing this for my family. Just thinking of the good Italian foods Bill will be making with these tomatoes...Tomatoes from our garden are so tasty. Next will be the peppers, hot peppers!
